After so many years of not being so healthy, decide to finally invest in myself. Doing gym, eating healthy. Never thought choosing your supplements properly was a thing. Tried cheap whey protein thinking I was doing it properly. To my surprise, I came across this fb post about brands which actually walk the talk in their nutrition facts and saw Athlene being one of them. Immediately I can tell the difference with just the consistency palang sa previous whey ko and how I notice the gains in a shorter period of time. Looking forward to being a patron of this product!

My first time using this product and Athlene has won me over to be a regular user! The caffeine really does work to stimulate longer workout sessions, producing more effective workouts. The taste is mild. So if you are used to drinking sodas, you may find it lacking. But for those who have given up processed sugar like myself, the taste is better than expected. On the first day of using, I was able to accomplish 2 hours of moderate intensity cardio, including 3x my normal Elliptical output, all without getting tired. I even worked out later on in the evening to help taper off the caffeine so I could sleep. Great job Athelene for creating a very effective pre-workout product!
Alright, so I decided to give this whey protein a shot, and let me tell you, it's been a game-changer. First off, the taste? Surprisingly good! I mean, I was expecting some chalky, weird flavor, but it actually goes down smooth. Plus, it's super easy to mix, no clumps or anything.
Much smoother than other vegan proteins I've tried, and price and grams of protein aren't bad! Flavor isn't the best, but it does the job well!
It tastes and "feels" clean and doesn't make me bloated.
This is the first time I tried new brands that would fit with my tight budget. lol And it did not disappoint me!

Quality protein powder. Taste is not bad. But Zip lock is way too flimsy. You should fix that
